Flash Mastered!

My brick-wall brain must have some holes in it somewhere, because Flash finally sunk in! Woo hoo! Maybe it was just having the book the Bill found for me. I opened it once, but maybe it sunk in through osmosis or something. Anyway, I have my Flash animation done for class tomorrow and I feel like maybe I've earned the right to not do anything tonight. I'll pay for this tomorrow, of course, but who the hell cares?

Pizza

In the past four days, I've been to two meetings/events that involved free pizza. And BOTH TIMES I haven't gotten any! I've only been able to smell the heavenly aroma of melted cheese mingling with fresh tomato sauce, with possibly a hint of pepperoni.

I think there has to be some kind of "No Pizza for Susie" conspiracy.

Almost two decades ago, my second-grade teacher told my mom that teaching me subtraction was like talking to a brick wall.

All I can say now, Mr. Orvosh, is that you should thank your lucky stars that you're not the one trying to teach me Flash. After a four-hour crash course, I'm absolutely brainless.

Anyone have suggestions for a good book on Flash?
