Wait a Minute Mr. Postman

Today I did what could be the bravest -- but is likely the stupidest -- thing I've ever done. I actually mailed my letter to HFG. While it might look simple on its white notecard with the plain white envelope, that facade of casualness took almost seven drafts to accomplish. So now I've done my part in bringing this HVAC saga to an end. The rest of up to God (or Fate, depending on your particular beliefs).
